The resources listed on this page include a variety of sites that provide health care services to individuals experiencing homelessness or other barriers to accessing care. Some sites offer direct health care, while others connect individuals to community partners. Services include nursing support, ID clinics, and general medical care.

Services Offered

All services offered by weCHC’s Street Health Program are free to access and have no geographical boundaries. Services offered include general medical care,  health card replacement, foot care, hepatitis C support and treatment, free naloxone kits and counselling. weCHC on Wheels is a mobile clinic that provides primary care and referrals to community supports for individuals who face barriers accessing traditional health services.
